Jennifer grew up in Fresno, California, and has devoted much of her career to teaching Transitional Kindergarten, which she considers one of the most exciting and entertaining places to be in a school. She earned her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Fresno Pacific University and loves helping young students build confidence, discover their abilities, and grow throughout their first years of school.
At Blue Oak Academy, Jennifer especially values the close-knit community and the way staff members support and encourage one another. She enjoys being part of a school where strong relationships among students, families, and staff help create a welcoming environment for learning.
Outside of the classroom, Jennifer and her husband live on a property in Exeter, where they host weddings, operate two vacation rentals, and enjoy spending time by their pond. She has three adult children and treasures opportunities to bring the whole family together. Jennifer also loves traveling and exploring new places, particularly trips to the coast or the mountains.
