Staci Soares is a dedicated educator and the proud principal of Blue Oak Academy. Staci is passionate about building strong school cultures rooted in high expectations, meaningful relationships, and continuous growth, for both students and staff. She believes deeply in the mission of BOA to nurture curiosity, creativity, and character, and is energized by the opportunity to help every child discover their own greatness. One of her favorite aspects of the job is watching students light up with confidence when they realize what they’re capable of. Outside of school, Staci loves reading, traveling, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and spending time with her family and dog. She also has a bit of an obsession with all things pink and sparkly, cowboy boots, and a great fountain diet soda!
